These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of HelloRoom, including our websites, meeting services, messaging features, collaboration tools and related services.

By accessing or using HelloRoom, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to these terms and any policies that are incorporated into them by reference.

If you use HelloRoom on behalf of a company, organization, school or other entity, you represent that you have authority to accept these terms on behalf of that entity.

You must be legally permitted to use HelloRoom and to enter into an agreement under the laws that apply to you.

When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate and current information and to keep that information up to date.

You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and for activity that takes place through your account except where applicable law provides otherwise.

HelloRoom provides communication and collaboration tools that may include video meetings, audio, messaging, scheduling, file sharing, meeting management, recordings and other related features.

Features may vary depending on your account type, subscription, device, browser, geographic location or the availability of a particular feature.

You agree to use HelloRoom only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.

You may not use HelloRoom to break applicable laws or regulations; harass, threaten, impersonate, defraud or harm another person; distribute unlawful or malicious material; attempt unauthorized access to accounts, meetings, systems or networks; interfere with the service; introduce malware; circumvent security controls; or infringe another person's intellectual property, privacy or other rights.

You retain ownership of content you submit, transmit, upload, share or otherwise provide through HelloRoom, subject to any rights held by other parties.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights and permissions necessary to upload or share your content.

You grant HelloRoom the limited rights necessary to host, process, transmit, display and otherwise handle your content for the purpose of operating, protecting and providing the service.

Meeting hosts are responsible for managing their meetings and determining who may participate. Participants must respect the host's meeting rules and the rights of other participants.

If you record a meeting, you are responsible for providing any notices and obtaining any permissions or consents required by applicable law. Requirements concerning recording consent can vary depending on the participants and their locations.

Do not secretly record, distribute or publish meeting content where doing so would violate applicable law or another person's rights.

Some HelloRoom features may require a paid subscription. Prices, billing periods and included features will be presented before purchase.

By purchasing a paid service, you authorize the applicable charges associated with your selected plan and agree to provide accurate billing information.

Taxes, renewal terms, cancellations and refunds will be handled according to the terms presented during purchase and applicable law.

Your use of HelloRoom may involve the collection and processing of account, device, meeting and other information necessary to provide and secure the service.

You are responsible for configuring your account, meeting permissions and sharing settings appropriately for your intended use.

No internet-based service can guarantee absolute security. You should use reasonable safeguards when sharing confidential or sensitive information online.

HelloRoom and its associated software, interfaces, designs, logos, branding, graphics and other materials are protected by intellectual property laws.

Except for the limited right to use the service in accordance with these terms, no rights in HelloRoom's intellectual property are transferred to you.

We work to keep HelloRoom available and reliable, but we do not guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free or available at a particular time.

HelloRoom may be temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, updates, security issues, network problems, third-party services or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We may add, modify, remove or discontinue features as the platform evolves.

You may stop using HelloRoom at any time.

We may restrict, suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect HelloRoom, our users or others, including when we reasonably believe an account has violated these terms, created a security risk or been used unlawfully.

Where appropriate and legally permitted, we may provide notice before taking action.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, HelloRoom is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

We do not make warranties that the service will meet every requirement, operate without interruption or be entirely free from errors, delays, vulnerabilities or loss of data.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so some of these exclusions may not apply to you.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, HelloRoom and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

We may update these terms from time to time as HelloRoom changes, our practices evolve or legal requirements change.

When changes are made, the updated date and time displayed on the Terms & Conditions page will reflect the latest revision.

Your continued use of HelloRoom after updated terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those updated terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
