Meet Rumi: Your HelloRoom AI Assistant

Learn what Rumi is, where to find it, and how it can make everyday tasks across HelloRoom easier.

What is Rumi?

Rumi is the AI assistant built into HelloRoom. It is designed to make the platform easier to understand and use by giving you a conversational way to get help with HelloRoom features, meeting tools, scheduling, navigation, and other supported platform tasks.

Instead of searching through multiple pages or trying to remember where a feature is located, you can ask Rumi a question in normal language and get focused guidance based on the HelloRoom experience.

What Rumi can help with

Rumi is focused on HelloRoom. It can explain platform features, help you understand meeting-related workflows, provide guidance on scheduling and joining meetings, explain Rumi models and credits, and answer common questions about how HelloRoom works.

Rumi can also have normal, friendly casual conversations, but its task-oriented assistance is intentionally centered around HelloRoom rather than acting as a general-purpose writing, research, or tutoring assistant.

Where you use Rumi

When you sign in to HelloRoom, Rumi is available as part of the platform experience. Depending on the feature you are using, Rumi may help explain what to do next, surface meeting-related information, or guide you toward the right area of HelloRoom.

The goal is to make Rumi feel like a built-in part of the platform rather than a separate tool you have to learn.

Getting started

You do not need to use special commands. Start by asking Rumi what you are trying to do. For example, you can ask how to find an active meeting, how to schedule a new meeting, what a specific HelloRoom feature does, or which Rumi model is best for a certain level of detail.

Rumi is designed to understand natural language, so your questions can be short, conversational, and direct.
