Rumi has multiple model tiers
Rumi offers multiple product tiers so you can choose how much detail and complexity you want from a response. The tiers change response depth and credit usage, while Rumi remains the same HelloRoom assistant.
Rumi Basic
Rumi Basic is the lowest-complexity option. It is intended for fast, concise HelloRoom help and simple meeting questions. It uses the lowest credit multiplier and is designed to keep responses direct.
Rumi Standard
Rumi Standard provides balanced detail for normal HelloRoom conversations and meeting assistance. It is a good default when you want useful context without the longest possible answer.
Rumi Advanced
Rumi Advanced provides more contextual and thorough HelloRoom assistance. It uses more credits in exchange for deeper explanations and a higher level of detail.
Rumi Ultra
Rumi Ultra is the highest-complexity tier and supports the longest, most detailed HelloRoom responses. It also has the highest credit multiplier.
Why credits vary
Credit usage can change based on the selected Rumi tier and the complexity of the request. More detailed models and more demanding prompts generally use more credits than short, simple questions.
