HelloRoom includes a growing set of meeting, scheduling, collaboration, and account features. Rumi is designed to make those features easier to discover by letting you ask questions instead of manually searching through the interface.
If you are not sure where something is located, Rumi can help explain which area of HelloRoom to open and what you should look for next.
Meeting guidance
Rumi can help explain common meeting workflows, including how to start, join, schedule, and locate meetings. When supported inside your account, Rumi can also prepare certain meeting actions for you.
For public demos and signed-out visitors, Rumi only provides guidance and does not perform account-specific actions.
Platform questions
You can ask what a feature does, how a workflow works, or what the next step should be. Rumi is intended to reduce the amount of time you spend moving between help pages, menus, and settings just to understand one part of the platform.
Ask naturally
You do not need to phrase requests in a specific format. Questions such as “Where are my active meetings?”, “How do I schedule something for tomorrow?”, or “What can Rumi do?” are all examples of the natural language style Rumi is designed to support.
