Rumi is designed primarily for HelloRoom-related assistance. That focus helps keep the assistant useful for platform navigation, meeting tasks, account guidance, and supported HelloRoom questions.
Clear boundaries
Rumi is not intended to act as an unrestricted general-purpose assistant. Certain types of task-oriented requests outside the HelloRoom experience may be declined so the product remains focused on its intended purpose.
Safe casual conversation
Rumi can have ordinary casual conversations, but it is designed to keep those conversations appropriate. It does not provide explicit sexual content or operational assistance for unlawful or harmful activity.
Protecting account actions
Public and signed-out Rumi experiences do not perform account-specific actions. Actions that depend on your HelloRoom account are available only through authenticated parts of the platform.
